Instead of the butterfly

We killed a caterpillar today. It was found wrapped inside the boiled corn.

The tip of the corn was shaved. We cut it off and chomped the rest.

We felt sorry for caterpillar. But the corn was sweet.

經過一個外國女子，頸後鬢下赫然露出上下兩個中文字：無悔 ——白膚藍字，工正湛然。只見她從行人天橋的窄梯上一蹤一跳，脫然下去了。

情緒

人需要不同的情緒— 有時憤怒、有時冗奮、有時委婉、有時內省— 方能從不同角色程度看待生活，讓態度能有所調節和平衡。有如一內在的劇場，一人分飾幾角，從多個角度提示自我：或許該換一換態度看事情了。

所以情緒是極好的提示，卻不可賴以作指引。

今天我不由情理無可挽回的低落。
